Our Team

Meet the people behind Songs on the Frio. Our board is made up of local leaders, business owners, creatives, and community advocates who share a commitment to bringing exceptional music to the Frio Canyon while supporting the community we call home. Together, they guide the festival’s mission, growth, and continued impact.

Jan Larsen | President

Jan Larsen is a retired medical sales executive with over 40 years in the cardiovascular device industry, including 30 years at Boston Scientific. A passionate volunteer and nonprofit leader, she has served on the board of HeartGift since 2012, including three years as Board Chair. HeartGift provides lifesaving heart surgery to children from around the world who lack access to care in their home countries.

Jan also facilitated Dale Carnegie courses for over 100 participants, helping others build confidence and leadership skills. Now co-founder of Songs on the Frio, a nonprofit advancing original music and arts education in rural Texas, she also expresses her creativity through large-format abstract painting. Her post-retirement mission centers on community enrichment through service, mentorship, and the arts.

AnaLisa Glass | Vice President

AnaLisa Glass is the General Manager of Rio Bella Resort and Frio Rentals Vacation Management. A retired educator, cheerleading and golf coach, AnaLisa brings leadership, heart, and community spirit to everything she does.

Her greatest joys are her daughters, Aubree and Clairisa, her son-in-law, Dalton, and her cherished grandson, Luke. A storyteller and music lover, AnaLisa finds inspiration in both melody and the written word.

She has served as a Leakey City Council member and as director of the Frio Canyon Chamber of Commerce. Currently, she serves as Vice President of Songs on the Frio, supporting visual and performing arts in the community. Her mission: to give back to the community that helps her family and friends thrive.

Carole Petrovics | Treasurer

Carole Petrovics is a retired Compliance Director from the catastrophe insurance industry and now a dedicated entrepreneur in the scenic Frio Canyon. She owns Rustic Frio, Rio Bella Resort, and Frio Rentals, where she warmly welcomes guests to experience the region's natural beauty.

Deeply invested in her community, Carole has served on the Real County Appraisal District Board and currently sits on the board of Frio Canyon EMS. She is married to Rob, a lifelong Leakey local. They enjoy a close-knit family that includes their children, Brittney and Cole, their spouses Tommy and Natalie, and two cherished granddaughters, Olive and Isla.

Brittney Petrovics Adams | Secretary

Brittney Petrovics Adams is a business owner, community advocate, and former healthcare Marketing Director with deep roots in the Texas Hill Country. She owns Blue Olive Pools with her husband, Tommy, and is the proud mother of two daughters.

A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in History and Anthropology, Brittney has a deep appreciation for culture, the arts, and the heritage of rural Texas. As a child, she participated in youth rodeos across the Hill Country and South Texas, experiences that sparked a lifelong connection to the music, traditions, and people of the region.

As a member of the Songs on the Frio leadership team, Brittney is passionate about celebrating the unique heritage of the Texas Hill Country and creating opportunities for future generations. She is committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen the community, promote tourism, and contribute to the cultural and economic vitality of Real County.

Keedra Couch Brown | Board Member

Keedra Brown earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Abilene Christian University in 2001. She dedicated over two decades to Peterson Memorial Hospital in Kerrville, Texas, where she served in a variety of roles across departments including ICU, IV therapy, Pre/Post Anesthesia Care Unit, and outpatient surgery. During her tenure, she also contributed to numerous hospital committees.

In 2023, Keedra relocated to Leakey, Texas, where her husband opened a physical therapy clinic to serve the community. She continued her nursing career through 2025 with a home health agency, providing care throughout Real County. In addition to her nursing work, Keedra manages rental properties in the area.

Active in her community, Keedra serves on the executive board of Songs on the Frio and is an integral part of the auction committee for the organization. She enjoys hiking, spending time in nature, and caring for her beloved dogs. Family is a central part of her life—her son, Chase, is a football coach in the Houston area, and her daughter, Kindal, is entering her senior year at Texas A&M University.

Anissa Reagor | Board Member

Anissa Reagor is the owner of Texas Title Network in Leakey, TX and Texas Heritage Title in Hondo, TX, where she leads with a commitment to excellence and community-focused service. Deeply rooted in her community, Anissa has dedicated her time and leadership to various local organizations.

She is a former member of the Family Advisory Board for the Children’s Hospital of San Antonio (CHOSA), where she contributed to enhancing family-centered care. Anissa also served in the Leakey ISD PTO and Athletic Booster Club, supporting education and student programs. Since 2016,

Anissa has been actively involved with the Friends of the Library Board (FOL), serving as Secretary from 2016 to 2022, and currently as Vice President. She has also chaired the FOL Gala Auction since 2017, playing a key role in fundraising efforts that support local literacy and library programs.

In 2023 the joined the Songs on the Frio team and has been instrumental in bringing insight and expertise to the auction. Because of her valuable contributions, she has joined the Executive Board of Songs on the Frio.

Anissa's professional achievements and ongoing civic involvement reflect her passion for strengthening her community and supporting meaningful causes.

Kelli McLaughlin | Board Member

Kelli McLaughlin is the owner of Mill House Management Company and property manager of Crider’s East Cabins, a family-owned legacy since 1940. She also co-owns LivinLocal, a small-town events and business directory that connects communities with local businesses and activities.

Deeply committed to service, Kelli holds several leadership roles, including President of the Leakey ISD PTO, board member of Keep It Real Beautiful, and Treasurer of the Leakey Public Library.

At home, music is a central part of life, especially through her 11-year-old daughter’s songwriting and guitar playing. As a board member of Songs on the Frio, Kelli supports original music and arts education in rural Texas, blending her passions for family, music, and community development.

Leah Foster Guerrero | Board Member

Leah Guerrero is the owner of The Inn Between in Concan, Texas, founder of the Infrathin Artist Residency, and founder of TerraTx Art Fest. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Art Practice from the School of Visual Arts in New York City and previously served as an AmeriCorps VISTA, supporting after-school programming for underserved youth in New York City.

A passionate advocate for the arts, Leah believes in the power of creativity and cultural experiences to strengthen rural communities and foster meaningful connections. She serves on the boards of Songs on the Frio and the Texas Hill Country River Region, where she helps promote initiatives that support tourism, community development, and the arts.

Through her leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to community engagement, Leah continues to champion opportunities that enrich the Texas Hill Country and create lasting impact. She is also the proud mother of two young daughters, who inspire her commitment to building vibrant communities for future generations.
